Dearest Loved Ones,
At this time we would like to talk about self love, but as we have already, as you say “Blogged” about that, we will change the wording a bit to “keep it fresh and real” for you. We are seeing many of you practicing self love on the sides of you which are lovable to others. (By this we mean you love the sides of you which are socially acceptable by others.)
Yet at the same time, you deny the side of yourself that may not be so favorable looked upon. Anger, jealousy, fear, and parts that are not readily acknowledged by you still play a part in your life. Do not be so quick to disown them. Instead of being unaccepted these sides should on the contrary be accepted and loved as well. When you tell yourself you do not like that part of you this is the same as saying you do not value yourself.
What we would ask you to do is to honor the feeling when it comes up. Accept it just as fully as if it were a feeling
of love. For example if you are feeling jealous, honor that and accept that in you. Once you have done this, if you are ready, you can look at the feeling to see why it is coming up and if there is a lesson to learn. Do you see how this is a more loving way to view yourself? In our eyes every part of you is seen in love so please try to take on that outlook too.
